Provide fair, high-quality feedback frequently to Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) colleagues.
Challenge vague or unsubstantiated performance feedback during reviews.
Conduct regular engagement surveys of BIPOC employees.
Hold an annual audit of pay equity, performance ratings, and voluntary and involuntary exits.
Look at promotions and succession planning of BIPOC employees.
Make sure people of color are assigned to high-visibility projects, along with mentoring and sponsorship programs.
